Our Return Policy

Riders who purchased items on reg-flow can exchange sizes during the event weekend as long as they notify DCBR/Merch within 2 weeks of package receipt. Size exchanges will depend on inventory availability and at times, the purchaser will be offered to exchange their original item for a different item of the same value.

Everyone who purchased merch during sign-up and paid for shipping will receive the merch item via mail with their rider kit. Otherwise, they must pick it up at Packet Pickup or Finish Festival.
